Cindy & Jim opened CJ's at the old Burger Hut building in December 1997.  In May 2000, they opened at their present location 1 & 1/4 mile east of Hwy 69 on Texanna Road.
CJ's boasts hamburger ground fresh daily and made into patties at the restaurant. Offering a 1/4 pound and 1/2 pound hamburger (after cooking). Fresh vegetables, grilled onions, bacon, cheese, jalapenos, and chili for delicious toppings.  Cindy's famous barbeque of slow cooked pork includes her secret hot or mild sauce.
Their specialty sandwiches, Mom's Chicken Sandwich and BBQ Bacon Burger (originated at CJ's), coupled with their Rib Eye Steak Sandwich, gives their menu a unique flavor.

CJ's side orders include their famous shoe string fries and gourmet onion rings; Their delicious deep fried olives, pickles, and brownie bites are also a great side order
